What we do

The whole chain, run by one team

A product has to survive a long journey before it earns a five-star review: a design decision, a supplier, a specification, a photograph, a listing, a warehouse, a courier and a customer service reply. We own every step of it — for a diamond pendant, a torch lighter and a piece of camping gear alike.

Capabilities

Six disciplines that have to work together

Treated separately, each of these is a cost centre. Run as one operation, they compound.

Design & sourcing

Ranges developed against real demand signals, then produced to written specifications with partners we have worked with for years. Materials are verified, not assumed.

Product information

A central PIM holds one authoritative record per product — attributes, translations, assets, compliance data — and syndicates it to each channel in that channel's format.

Content & imagery

Titles, bullets, descriptions and A+ content written per market, with photography and video produced to the technical requirements of each marketplace.

Marketplace management

Listing health, pricing, buy-box position, advertising and promotional calendars — steered daily on live data rather than reviewed at month end.

Supply & fulfilment

Stock planned per channel and per market, with European fulfilment keeping delivery promises short and returns handled inside the same flow — including the restrictions that come with fuels and pressurised goods.

Service & aftercare

Multilingual customer service, warranty handling and review management — the part of the operation that decides whether a first order becomes a second one.

The backbone

Good product data is the whole game

On a marketplace, the listing is the shop, the salesperson and the packaging combined. A missing attribute is not an administrative detail — it is a lost sale, and at scale it is thousands of them.

  • One record per product, versioned and owned
  • Attributes mapped to each marketplace's own taxonomy
  • Translations managed centrally, not per channel
  • Listing quality scored, gaps prioritised and worked through
  • Compliance and material declarations attached at source

What that looks like in practice

Every listing is measured on the completeness of its title, description, attributes and imagery. Weak scores become a work queue; the queue gets worked; the numbers move.

It is unglamorous, repetitive work — and it is the reason a catalogue keeps performing long after the launch campaign has ended.

Where we sell

The channels our brands live on

We sell where the customer already is. Every marketplace has its own product taxonomy, content rules, advertising model and fulfilment requirements — which is why one authoritative product record feeds all of them, rather than each channel being managed as a separate little business.

Pan-European

Amazon & eBay

The broadest reach and the toughest competition. Won on content quality, review velocity, availability and disciplined advertising.

Benelux

Bol.com

Our home market's dominant marketplace, and the one we know in the most detail.

DACH

Otto, About You & Kaufland

Germany is our largest marketplace market, so we serve it from an office inside it.

Central Europe

Allegro

Poland and the wider region — one of Europe's fastest-growing marketplace audiences.

Our own channels

Direct-to-consumer

Selling directly under our own brands, where we control the whole experience and own the customer relationship.

Offline & B2B

Retail & wholesale

Retail groups, jewellers, tobacconists and outdoor specialists stocking our brands.

And more. This list changes. We open new channels and new markets as they earn their place, and the product data behind them is built so that adding one is a configuration, not a project.
