Careers & internships

Work on brands you can point at

We are a team of just over 30, spread across six offices, running real brands in several countries and categories. That means people here own more than their job title suggests — a category, a channel, a market — and see the results of their decisions within days, not quarters.

We are currently hiring for our Belgian office only. Every role and internship below is based at our Antwerp headquarters.

Why here

Lean teams, wide remit

A big company would give you one slice of this business. Here you get the whole journey — and the responsibility that comes with it.

01

Own something real

You will not be the fourth person on a slide. People here run a brand, a category or a market, and are trusted to make the calls that go with it.

02

See the whole chain

Sourcing, product data, content, pricing, advertising, logistics, service — all of it happens inside this company, not at an agency. Few places let you learn commerce end to end this quickly.

03

International work, Antwerp desk

You sit in Antwerp, but the work is not local: brands selling across Europe, and colleagues in Spain, Germany, Israel and the United States. Languages are useful here, and they get used.

Where we recruit

The kinds of people we look for

We hire when we meet the right person, not only when a vacancy is posted. If your work fits one of these areas, write to us — even if nothing is advertised. All of these roles are based in Antwerp.

E-commerce & marketplaces

Running listings, pricing, advertising and stock across Amazon, Bol.com and the rest. Comfortable living in data and moving numbers.

Product data & content

Structuring catalogues, writing product copy per market, keeping thousands of records correct. Precision matters more than speed here.

Purchasing & supply chain

Sourcing, supplier relationships, stock planning and the compliance paperwork that comes with jewellery, fuels and consumer goods.

Customer service

Answering buyers across several European languages, handling returns and warranty, and feeding what you learn back into the product.

Brand, design & photography

Building brand identities, packaging and the imagery that has to sell a small object on a small screen.

Finance & operations

Margins per channel, cash tied up in stock, and the reporting that tells us which brands deserve more of both.

Social media & short-form video

TikTok and Instagram for brands people wear and carry. Making content that stops the scroll, and knowing the difference between a video that performs and one that only looks good.

Marketing

Campaigns, launches and brand building across channels and markets — planned around what the numbers say, not what the calendar says.

AI & automation

Two directions, both open: building AI into our workflows so a team this size can run catalogues this large, and using generative tools for creative and graphics at the volume marketplaces demand.

Internships

An internship where you actually run something

We take interns from Belgian and international schools and universities, and we do not use them for filing. You get a real project with a real outcome — a category to analyse, a catalogue to fix, a channel to launch — and someone senior to answer your questions.

Bring the internship agreement from your school and we will work with your programme's requirements, including the reporting and evaluation your supervisor needs.

  • A defined project, not shadowing
  • Based at our Antwerp headquarters
  • Suited to e-commerce, marketing, business, supply chain and design studies
  • English is enough; Dutch, French or German are a bonus
  • We support your school's agreement, reporting and evaluation
  • Interns have gone on to join us permanently

How it works

What happens after you apply

01 — You apply

Send us the form and your CV

Tell us what you want to work on and why. A short, specific message beats a long, general one — we read all of them.

02 — First conversation

A call to see if it fits

Half an hour, informal, both directions. We explain what the role really involves; you tell us whether that is the work you want.

03 — Meet the team

Come to Antwerp

You meet the people you would work with and see the operation. For most roles we will discuss a practical case rather than set a test.

04 — Decision

A clear answer either way

You will hear from us whatever the outcome. We aim to come back on every application within two weeks.

Apply

Application form

For a specific role, an internship, or an open application — the same form covers all three. All positions are currently based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Specific beats long. Tell us what you would want to own.
Attaching your CV

This form opens your email client with everything above filled in. Attach your CV to that email before sending — we cannot receive files through the website itself.

Prefer to skip the form? Email info@unitask.be with your CV and a few lines about what you are looking for.

We use what you send only to assess your application, and we keep it no longer than we need to. Ask us at any time to see or delete your data.

Before you write

Have a look at our brands and what we do. The strongest applications we get mention something specific — a brand, a channel, a problem they noticed.

  • Say which area you want to work in
  • Tell us what you would want to own
  • Mention the languages you actually work in
  • Attach a CV — a page or two is plenty

Speculative applications welcome

We hire when we meet the right person. If nothing is advertised and you still think you belong here, apply anyway and tell us why.

Recruitment agencies

We fill our roles directly and do not accept unsolicited candidate profiles from agencies.

We are always open to good partners too
